## 3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is shipped and a shipping confirmation is sent.

## 4. Shipping

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and carrier options are outlined on our Shipping & Payment Info page. For orders shipped outside of Canada, brokerage fees, duties, and applicable local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

## 5. Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is outlined in full on our Return Policy page. Key conditions include:

• Returns are accepted for orders shipped within Canada only, within 14 days of the shipping or delivery date, whichever is later
• Items must be unworn, with original tags and receipt attached
• All sale items are final sale
• All international orders (outside of Canada), sale items, and items returned outside the 14-day window are final sale
• The customer is responsible for return postage

All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your full credit card information.
