Shipping Rates

We offer real-time carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Available carriers and delivery options may vary depending on your location.

All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

USA & International Shipping

International shipments are sent using the carrier and service selected at checkout. By placing an order for delivery outside of Canada, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All applicable tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, VAT, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are entirely outside of Phinney’s control.
• Phinney’s shipping charges cover postage and handling only. No duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees are included in our shipping rates.
• If your package is held, delayed, refused, returned, or seized by customs for any reason, Phinney’s is not liable and refunds will not be issued.
• Refusing a shipment due to customs charges, duties, or tariffs does not qualify for a refund of the order or shipping costs.
• Customs policies and tariff rates may change without notice. Customers are responsible for understanding and accepting any applicable import fees before placing an order.

All orders shipped outside of Canada are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Return Shipping

Returns are accepted for eligible Canadian orders only, in accordance with our Return Policy.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Phinney’s does not provide prepaid return labels
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• All sale items are final sale
• Items returned outside of the approved return window are final sale

Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimates from the time your order is shipped. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Nova Scotia public holidays.

Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you are unable to receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange re-delivery or alternate delivery instructions.

Phinney’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be re-shipped.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@phinneys.ca as soon as possible.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
